Privacy policy
Plain version: we hold your customers’ contact details so we can answer them on your behalf. We don’t sell them and we don’t use them for anything else.
What we collect
From you: your name, business name, phone number, email, trade and the software you use, when you fill in a form on this site.
From your customers: the phone number they called from, the messages exchanged, and the details they give about the job. Where you have asked us to run a reactivation campaign, we also hold the customer list you provide.
Why we hold it
To reply to callers on your behalf, to send you the summary of each enquiry, and to keep a record you can check. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
The telephone and messaging providers that carry the calls and texts, and the hosting provider that runs the system. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use your customer list for any business other than yours.
Consent and messages
Every text we send on your behalf identifies your business and tells the recipient how to stop. Anyone who asks to stop is removed immediately and not contacted again. Reactivation campaigns are sent only to people with an existing business relationship with you, inside the timeframe permitted by Canada’s anti-spam legislation.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete your data and we will.
